Products purchased at ostrovok.me may be returned exchange within 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase subject to the following terms and conditions.
To qualify and be eligible for Exchange and Return:
Product/s must be classified as a returnable / exchangeable item;
The product/s must be in their original condition, unused and have all the tags attached;
The products must be returned in the original brand packaging with all accessories, manuals and registration cards if any;
The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.
The Return and Exchange will not be applicable and accepted If the products / packaging is incomplete and / or if the product/s has been used, altered, damaged, scratched or defective other than manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be done in the same mode of payment as was used during your purchase. Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once acknowledged by the Customer.
Customer should inspect the purchased product/s prior to signing the Delivery document and before the delivery agent leaves the delivery address. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for Return & Exchange or Warranty Terms and conditions.
